Mike Greathouse joined the SMLCA Osprey team during the summer of 2019 as its Athletic Director / Varsity Men’s Basketball coach.  Originally from Colombus, Indiana, he and his wife Stephanie are blessed with 3 adult children Lauren, Tyler, and Alyssa, as well as 2 wonderful grandchildren Landon and Ella.  In addition to being employed as a Prototype Design Engineer for a large automotive supplier for 26 years, Coach Greathouse has coached basketball at multiple schools, both Christian and public at the Varsity level. During the summers, he led AAU travel basketball teams, which afforded him the opportunity and privilege to start a faith-based boy’s and girl’s AAU organization called DistinXion, co-led by former NBA basketball player Luke Zeller.  Coach Greathouse brings with him not only a love for youth sports but an even greater passion to inspire them to know Christ and live a life devoted to Him.
