book of the week: A Proper Pursuit by Lilly Austen.

Lily Austin wrote many books, but one of her best is  A Proper Pursuit. It is about a girl who thought her mother had died. Little did she know her mother had run away from home after divorcing her husband to find a better life. So, Violet goes to live with her Aunt to find her mother. In the search for her mother, she finds the real meaning of love and how that can affect other relationships.  After having to go through 4 different relationships with 4 different boys she figures out how and why love is so important. She also figures out a lot about herself with the help of her aunts.  This   Romance book is perfect if you are an 1800’s romantic fan. It talks about historical themes, how dating was in the 1800’s, and how Love is more than just romance.
